When using Teton Order Routing with the Denali Data Feed, is the DTC Protocol Server (port 11099) fully enabled by default?
Yes but there are restrictions on its use.

Can I receive real-time data from Market Depth (DOM), Time & Sales (Tape), and volume, and export it via the DTC Protocol to external tools on my local system?
No you cannot. Refer to:
Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Restrictions

Are there any restrictions, limitations, or licensing conditions that would prevent me from accessing or exporting these data streams if I use a live account connected through Teton?
Yes there are restrictions. This use is not allowed.
