And for people in the future trying to trade futures options via Interactive Brokers + Sierra combination, you have to update the symbol in Sierra for these to work. e.g. IB symbol for MES put will be shown as: MES-FOP-20250508-5685.0-P--5-USD but for it to actually work in Sierra and show the option data and position in the DOM you need to add the exchange to the symbol and remove the decimal place from the strike price, e.g.: MES-FOP-20250508-5685-P-CME-5-USD Or, another example for a full ES contract futures option: ES-FOP-20250509-5685-P-CME-50-USD Notice, it takes up to 1-2 minutes for the data for the option to load in the chart.
