This is very basic. It means your CQG account is not authorized for historical ICE data: CQG Trading Platform Service: Historical Price Data No matter what CQG or your broker tells you, the simple fact is your CQG account is not authorized for the historical data for that symbol. That is absolute fact. Once again no matter what your broker says, it is not true. We have seen this problem, more than 100 times if not more. And clearing firms, will insist over and over again, that the user is authorized for historical data when they are not. CQG needs to help with this.
