Is the "Date Range in File From" on the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting" page still showing as "2024-10-30"? If so, then change the days to load to "101" and then see if you get the data going back 101 days. If not, then tell us what the "Date Range in File From" is set to.
