that is the difference between the data provider time and your computer time you can get a more accurate clock by changing the internet server by clicking your clock in the lower right > change time and date settings > internet time > change settings and update to a different one. microsoft time servers are terrible Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-05-15 03:24:54
