Tool Configurations 1 and 2 for the Rectangle have the options for "Use Start Time" and "Use End Time" set to "Yes" with start/end times of "00:00:00". This is why you are getting what you are. You need to update those configurations to not use the Start and End times. There may be more configurations that also show this, although we only looked at 1-5. 3, 4, and 5 do not have the Use Start/End times set to "yes".
