Sure. I think I’m good now with your explanation. The reason I’m on Package 5 is that I’m currently using SIM mode, so I didn’t need Teton or CME Market Data, or this type of integrated package. It has served my needs so far. What I’m planning to do is top up my account with AMP. I sent a few euros as a test deposit, expecting it to also show up in Sierra. I was a bit hesitant to send more because the balance was out of sync between Sierra and the AMP statement. Now I think we understand why this happened. So I’ll go ahead and top up, and once I’m ready to switch to live trading, I’ll upgrade to Package 11 and also purchase CME Market Data. Hopefully, that will resolve the balance sync issue between Sierra and AMP. Thank you for following up. |
