Our original thought was that you were using Teton for your order routing with AMP, which would be the only way a connection could be made since you are on Package 5. But we see that your "Verified Until" date is "2024-12-04", so you have not connected to your live account since November 2024. In this case, the balance you are seeing is old and has not been updated since you have not connected.
