You should not have a problem for VIX_CGI and VVIX_CGI. But the SKEW appears to only update daily, so there is no current price to compare against the previous day, which is why you will not see a Daily Change for this product. If you are still having an issue with VIX_CGI and/or VVIX_CGI, then please get us an image of what you are seeing in your Quote Board.
