For the MNQ, the Market Depth typically is 1 or 2 digits per price level. This is normal. Attached is an image of what we see at 09:24 Central US time for MNQ. We have no idea where 801000 comes from - that is definitely NOT a market depth value for the MNQ - that is what would be seen for a crypto currency. We are not certain of what you are looking for in terms of the Delta, but it sounds like you would want to setup a Volume by Price study that displays the delta values.
