Hello, can you please confirm Denali automatically gets disabled when I disable auto-renewal on the charting package?
If your account is expired (i.e. you have no Usage Time available) then when a new month starts, the exchange will not be renewed. But, even if you have your account set to not renew - if you do have Usage Time remaining when the first day of the month comes up, the exchange will be automatically renewed (assuming you have the funds in your account to cover the cost). Conversely, when I re-enable auto-renewal, will Denali also be re-enabled?
