I have gone through this with one of the developers and it appears the issue on iOS is that you need to set the Default Server to "https://push.sierrachart.com". Just changing the server that is used is not enough on iOS for some reason. You will need to start over, so delete the User setup on the ntfy app, and set the "default server" in Settings to be "https://push.sierrachart.com" Then you will need to follow the instructions at the following link starting at Step 9: Chat and Communications Platform: Integration with Mobile Ntfy Application You will need to toggle off and then on the notifications as noted in steps 9 and 10 and then setup the user and subscription again.
