I've followed the instructions and when I enter the info in steps 18, 19 & 20...the save button does not light up, so, obviously, I can't save it.
Our best guess is that you did not enter the Server correctly. Make sure you have the entire line including the "https://" entered. It needs to be the following: https://push.sierrachart.com Otherwise, it would have to be an issue with the Username and/or Password not being entered properly - most probably the Username, as we do not know how they could test the Password ahead of time.
