What you are seeing is how the Linking works. If the charts share the same link number, then, by default, a change to a chart that does not have a link option enabled will affect the other charts that do have that link option. In this case, you need to enable the option for "Master Mode" on the third chart that does not share the "Vertical Scale" link option.
