I have a subscription of Teton and Denali with an active trade account. CME group futures data loads as expected. However, when I try to find CME group options symbols (e.g. File > Find Symbol > select ESM25_FUT_CME > Get Options) I get zero results back. Tried for several common CME Group symbols, alwayse returned 0 symbols, see attached screenshot from Message Log. Do I need to change a setting to enable getting these option symbols?
