We apologize for the delay on this. At this point it is inconclusive what the issue is. It is not obvious. It would seem as though Attached Orders are not enabled. Or Scale In is not enabled but there is one other possibility related to the detection of a reversal, but it seems as though that is not is what is happening, and we need to add more logging to understand if that condition has occurred.
