Is there any way I can have all Instances working with using a different Account?

We are not certain of which way you are asking this question, so we'll answer all the options that we can think of.

The first is that sub-instances, which are started by selecting "File >> New Instance", all share the same trading service. So you can not use different trading services with Sub-Instances - these are going to use the service that is set in the Main Instance. This also means that whatever accounts are available in the Main Instance will also be available in the Sub-Instances.

The one caveat (if you want to call it this) is that sub-instances can also be in "Simulation Mode" when the main instance is not. If you are wanting your trades to go through your main instance, then you need to ensure that the sub-instance does NOT have "Trade >> Trade Simulation On" enabled.

There should not be any difference between using Sub-Instances with CQG versus using them with the Trading Simulator. Again, make sure the sub-instances do not have "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled.

If you are still having an issue with a sub-instance, then we would need to know exactly what is occurring (are you not getting data, or are you not able to place a trade, or something else).

If the problem is data in the sub-instance, then we would need to see the sub-instance Message Log by following these instructions:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
