We are not sure what exactly you are seeing. If you are referring to the white boxes that show up regarding loading data, then what you may be seeing is a box for different contracts if this is a Continuous Futures Contract chart. Also, you would see the different boxes for the data, then see a series of boxes for the Market Depth data. This is all normal. But if you are stating that the entire chart shows up then reloads, then we would need more information on exactly what you are seeing.
