| Please check the following setting: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Download 5 Seconds Historical Intraday Data Make sure this is set to "No". Also, check the following: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit Make sure this is set to "1 tick". If it is not, then change it and select OK to close the window. Then select "File >> Reconnect" to reconnect to the data feed. Then go to one chart for each symbol and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". This will redownload all the data for the chart in order to have it all stored in the 1 tick increment.
