I installed a new copy of Sierra to a new folder and the range bars look fine in that installation, so apparently something got corrupted in a file somewhere in my previous installation. I suppose this means I'm going to have to do a fresh install to avoid this issue and setup everything new. Maybe I could copy some files over but leave out the ones that are likely causing the issue - do you have any ideas as to which files could be causing the issue?
