With version 2727 and higher, Sierra Chart no longer supports data from Rithmic. You have the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" exchange active for your account. Although you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in a long time. If you want to get the data for the CME Group from us, then you just need to connect your Sierra Chart to a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you need help with connecting, then we would need to know what trading service you are using with the live trading account and we can then point you to the appropriate instructions. If you are wanting to use the Rithmic data, then you will need to downgrade to version 2726. Refer to the following instructions for this: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure Also, if you do use the Rithmic data, then you will want to turn off the exchange that you have active with us. You will need to do this today, so you are not charged for it tomorrow for the month of February.
