We believe you have the "Enabled" option enabled on the Alert tab for the "Trading System Based on Alert Condition". In this case, the Alert itself will go off, even though the trading system is not set to make a trade at that time, as you have the Input for "Evaluate on Bar Close Only" set to "Yes". This is also why you are not seeing the marker when the Alert is logged in the Alert Manager. These are two different things - the alert itself and the trading system. The Trading System will use the alert formula that is setup for it, but the notifications for the alert (from the Alert Tab) are separate. If you want to make them match up, then you would need to enable the option for "Evaluate On Bar Close" on the Alert Tab as well.
