You type in the symbol based on the symbol requirements from your trading service. In this case, you would need to ask Interactive Brokers for the symbol they use for that product. Then you type that into the "Selected Symbol" field on the "Find Symbol" window and then select the appropriate option for what kind of chart you want to open.
