On 01/24/2025 the data feed stopped downloading in my charts. I am using symbol: MNQH25_FUT CME(M) I read the FAQ for this kind of issues, I verified the time zone, Allow Support Sierra chart Data Feed- set to yes., I emailed my clearing firm IronBeam to ensure they had the correct information to link the two accounts, as they had confirmed linking the accounts also on Friday 01/24/25. I noticed that under my Denali Package (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts) information there is an exclamation point (!), and says required. Could you please advice if the accounts were linked correctly? or is there anything else that is causing this issue? Thanks, KT |
