Check this setting: Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Days to Download for Daily Data (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Historical Daily Data) Make sure it is set to 20000 to ensure enough historical daily data gets downloaded. When you see a date of 1970 show us the message, so we can understand it. We are sure this is normal and is just the starting download date, whether the data is available back then or not, for a symbol.
