The Message Log shows no Internet connection problems that we could tell. We think there still is some other reason. When you have the problem, make sure you are scrolled to the end of the chart and post an image of the chart . If the image can include the Sierra Chart title bar showing the current time, that will help us. Before you post the image, do not perform a manual Intraday data download.
