I recently just switched to Sierra Charts. I followed everything I believe in the start up page, https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GettingStarted.php, but I cannot get a live chart. I am using Rithmic and am connected. Went through the steps to open a chart but all I have is a black chart and example chartbook open. I am not able to find the live chartbook. I have the package 10.
