I am not receiving the full number of Market Depth Level. Instead of level 100 I have only 1.I check message log and at 15:24:38.191 I can see CQG WebAPI Requesting market depth update for F.US MYMH25 if supported, Num Levels=100. Requesting market data including full depth for F.US.MYMH25.
