If you still have the problem, what you need to do is select File >> Open Historical Chart and delete these two files: C:\SierraChart_NonCLR_LIVE\Data\CLU14.dly C:\SierraChart_NonCLR_LIVE\Data\CLV14.dly After that go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
