We are not seeing any background shading in the image, so we can not tell what you are referring to. But we do not understand why you have set your Bar Period to be 1380 minutes. You have different amount of time between your day and evening session and there is no reason to set the bar period to a single large value like this. If you do not want to see the bars, then set the "Graph Draw Type" to "Blank". We believe that this large Bar Period is what is causing your issue with the Time Range Highlight.
