To fill in the areas between the lines in the "Auto Projection/Retracement" you would need to setup a series of "Study Subgraphs Reference" which references a pair of subgraphs from the "Auto Projection/Retracement" and then will color in between them by default. Just be sure to set the Scale of the "Study Subgraphs Reference" to be "Automatic" as it is set to Independent by default, which will not line up. You can adjust the particular Up/Down fill style you use to get what you want, including transparency. But just be aware that transparencies are very CPU intensive, so you want to be careful with that.
