A 2 second Data Delay is most likely going to be a difference between your local computer time and the time of the exchange. Another possibility, since you mention that the market is slow, is that there has not been a trade for 2 seconds, in which case the Data Delay will show a delay, but it is not a real delay in the data, it is just the amount of time since the last trade posted - but this is very unlikely with ES and NQ.

In either case, this is not something to be concerned with at all. But refer to the following for how to update your computer clock to match the exchange clock:
