Please set the Session Time "End Time" for the TICK-NYSE chart to be "15:59:59". Right now you have it going to 16:59:59, which is getting 1 hour of the overnight session. We wonder if the large difference in the data at the open from the previous hour's data is causing an issue. Let us know if this resolves it for you.
