I've installed v. 1173. I've activated the SC real-time feed. I have activated the CME Globex Exchange. Data/Trade Service Settings is set to Interactive Brokers [Trading] and SC data is enabled. The symbol being traded is NQ-201409-GLOBEX After opening SC and IB, my charts open to NQ with an [M]. However, the data remains static at the point at which it opens. I receive no additional data. When I click on Connect to Data Feed (after disconnecting) it attempts but experiences a connection failure time after time and no new data. If I close Sierra Chart down and then re-start it, data loads to the current tick, but no additional data loads from that point unless I restart the program again. Thanks for your help. |
