You need to enter the missing order fill manually in your Trade Activity Log. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Manually Inserting Missing Order Fills Or you can set the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Order Fills Start Date Time" to be after that fill would have occurred, so when you were flat in the market. In this case, your Daily P/L will be correct, as the previous fills will be ignored.
