I just looked at the website for Discount Trading, and they are finally offering the Teton routing option. But then I saw that they appear to be charging "$0.10 - $0.20 per side (depending on trading platform)" I emailed them, and they confirmed there would be a "0.20 routing/clearing" fee per side! I don't know if legal is the right word to use, but isn't this supposed to be completely free? Are they allowed to do this???
