According to your log, you have the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled, but you have your live account selected. Therefore the system will not put in a simulated order since the account is wrong.

On the other hand, if you want to submit your order through Rithmic, then you need to turn off the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On".
