You will need service if you need real-time US Equities data you will need Service Package 10 or 11: Description of Service Packages and Pricing You can look at 1 second charts and even sub millisecond charts. The update interval of the chart is not relevant. It can be more or less than 1000 ms. And then you will need to activate the US Equities Consolidated Tape Exchange, which does include NYSE and NASDAQ and AMEX stocks.
