It depends on what you want to do. If you want to open separate charts for each one, then you would need to enter each ticker and open a chart for it. If you want to open a single chart and then change the symbol for that chart based on a list, you would use the Associated Watch List and then you can load that from a file, or there are preset options to load all of the symbols for a particular exchange (such as NASDAQ or NYSE).
