The log file you sent shows that you are connected to the "Teton Order Routing Service", but you do have some charts that are still set to the Rithmic symbol. For instance, there is the following in the log:
2024-09-17 17:39:40.433 | NQZ4.CME [CV] 60 Min #13 | Reloading chart.

If "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" is not catching all of the symbols, then you will need to update them manually. Refer to the following for all the places to look for symbols (although the following is meant for deleting old symbols, the information applies for changing symbols):
