Although you do have an exchange active, you are not getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The reason for this is that you have not connected your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify that account for the CME Group's non-professional requirement. Refer to the following for more on this:

Since you are not always connected to your live, funded, futures trading account, you need to connect at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following instructions:

You can view the "Verified Until" date for your account at the following link:

After you connect to your live trading account, the Verified Until date will update to 30 days in the future. It always needs to be in the future for you to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group.
