Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the Service at the top left set to? We see the only exchange you have activated on the Sierra Chart data feed is CBOE Indices. This is the only one that will come in real-time but we need to know what the Service in Sierra Chart is set to to make sure it will update in real time. And you have to update Sierra Chart. To get real-time CME futures data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed there are 2 things that you must do. You must have a funded trading account with a supported futures trading service and you need to activate the CME exchange.
