We did not notice any freezing at that time but we did notice some intermittent delays, up to three seconds on one of the servers we were checking. This only lasted for a period of 30 seconds.

We are working on improvements over the next few weeks, to maintain high performance, some changes already implemented, but the issues being reported here, are far away beyond what is related to our infrastructure.

We are definitely denying, the Denali Data Feed stopped for 60 seconds or for minutes at 8:30 AM. That did not happen. What you are experiencing is the result of packet loss, over the Internet. This is definitively an Internet connectivity issue affecting certain paths of communication. We do not deny what is being said, although the issue is in part related to Internet connectivity.

Later, we will have different connection addresses you can use, to see if you can work around the issue.
