You can not do this using the "Draw Styles", as you have found out. The easiest way to do this is to use the "Extend Bar Value Until Future Intersection" study. You will need to set it to be "Based On" the Study/Price Overlay and you will need 2 copies, one for the Value Area High and one for the Value Area Low.
