Is there a specific reason why you have "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to "DTC Service"? This implies that you are trading through a DTC Server that you have setup. Is this the case? If you do not know what the DTC Protocol is, then change the "Current Selected Service" to be "SC Data - All Services". Then select OK to close that window, and when you are prompted to update your symbols, be sure to answer "Yes". Then place a trade and let us know what happens.
