You need to make sure that the settings that can affect the bars are the same between the systems. This is most of the Chart Settings and a few general settings. In particular, the most likely items are the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Chart Settings: New Bar at Session Start (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Intraday Chart Session Times menu) But, there could be any number of other settings that are different that are causing the difference you are seeing. You would need to go through the settings and determine what is different.
