- What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
- Is there a checkmark next to "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On"?
- What is the symbol of the Chart/Trade DOM, exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"?

- After you try to place a trade, open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and follow these instructions to get us the information in that window:
