I am not able to connect to data feed within Sierra charts. When i try to manually connect the data feed in the File drop-menu, it tells me my username or password is incorrect. I'm not sure which username or password I'm supposed to be using because when I try to enter the same sign-in info that I use to login to sierra chart platform in the data/trade service settings it doesn't work. My service package and cme data package are both paid up.
