Restart Sierra Chart and wait about a minute. The list of servers will be requested again from Rithmic. And then open the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window again. If the list is still empty it means Rithmic is not sending the list. In this case wait a while. A restart is not necessary because Sierra Chart will periodically request them.
