Empty Server list when i select Rithmic Direct - DTC

Hello Team,
I couldn't be able to get Server list when i select Rithmic Direct - DTC, could you please check.
Upgraded to latest version & don't see any message logs also.

Restart Sierra Chart and wait about a minute. The list of servers will be requested again from Rithmic. And then open the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window again. If the list is still empty it means Rithmic is not sending the list.

In this case wait a while. A restart is not necessary because Sierra Chart will periodically request them.

Exit from Sierra Chart. Save the file at the bottom of this post to your Sierra Chart folder:
D:\SierraChart\

And then run Sierra Chart again.

You will then have the list.

I just restarted Sierra chart and selected Rithmic direct - DTC , waited for 5 minutes. Message logs attached here but i don't see any message related to this issue.

When you change services in Sierra Chart a message like this is always added to the log:

There are no errors showing in the image of the log you attached. But the log file above shows that you have symbols that Rithmic does not like. Refer to the following:
